- Standard Residential Rate (Pdf Format)
- Applicability:
This rate shall be applicable to single‑family home and apartment residential use only for lighting, appliances and other domestic uses requiring single-phase power with no motor exceeding 5 HP and where all electrical service is provided through a single meter. Availability: Availability of service shall be at the sole discretion of the District based on the availability of facilities, capacities and energy and the compliance with District requirements by prospective customers. Limits of Service: Service under this rate shall be limited to single phase, 120/240 volts, 60 Hertz and subject to all applicable policies, rules and regulations either now existing, or as adopted or amended at a future date, by the Board of Directors of the District. Monthly Service Charge: $10.00 Energy Charge: $0.0929 for first 500 kWh used May - Oct $0.0900 for each additional kWh Nov Apr $0.0929 for first 500 kWh used $0.0710 for each additional kWh Minimum Charge: $10.00 per month Tax: Applicable sales tax shall be added to usage under the above-described rate. Standard Time, Mon. through Fri. Off‑Peak All other times Note: Time period billing shall be subject to timing device limitations. Additionally, beginning and ending times may be varied by up to one hour on individual accounts to avoid extreme system load changes. Minimum Charge: $14.00 per month Tax Applicable sales tax shall be added to usage under the above-described rate. 4A Commercial Rate (Pdf Format) Applicability: Applicable to all retail businesses and small pumping of a commercial nature such as stores, restaurants, shops, trailer parks, schools, institutions and other enterprises for general lighting, extensive use of appliances, heating units and refrigeration from 0 kW to 50 kW demand. Availability: Within all areas served by the District at present or in the future, subject to the primary purposes of the District and the availability of power and energy as determined in the opinion of the District. Type of Service: Single and three-phase, 60 Hertz, 120/240/240 and 208 or 480 volts underground or overhead. Subject to all standard policies, conditions, rules and regulations as adopted and amended by the District Board of Directors. Monthly Service Charge: $10.00 Energy Charge: $ 0.0885 First 1,000 kWh plus, $ 0.0855 Next 4,000 kWh plus, $ 0.0825 All excess Demand Charge: $ 5.25 Per kW/month Monthly Minimum: $10.00 Tax: Additional County and City (if applicable) sales tax shall be added to the above. 4B Commercial Rate (Pdf Format) Applicability: Applicable to all retail businesses and small pumping of a commercial nature such as stores, restaurants, shops, trailer parks, schools, institutions and other enterprises for general lighting, extensive use of appliances, heating units and refrigeration from 50 kW to 250 kW demand. Availability: Within all areas served by the District at present or in the future, subject to the primary purposes of the District and the availability of power and energy as determined in the opinion of the District. Type of Service: Single and three-phase, 60 Hertz, 120/240/240 and 208 or 480 volts underground or overhead. Subject to all standard policies, conditions, rules and regulations as adopted and amended by the District Board of Directors. Monthly Service Charge: $10.00 Energy Charge: $ 0.0755 First 200 kWh/kW plus, $ 0.0725 Each additional kWh Demand Charge: $ 1.25 Per kW/month Monthly Minimum: $10.00 Tax: Additional County and City (if applicable) sales tax shall be added to the above.
Medium Industrial Rate (Pdf Format) Applicability: Service, which is supplied at one point of delivery and measured by one meter and whose total power demand meets or exceeds 400KW for 9 out of any 12 month period. Availability: Availability of service shall be at the sole discretion of the District based on the availability of facilities, capacities and energy and the compliance with District requirements by prospective customers. Limits of Service: Single or three phase single standard voltage and subject to availability. Three-phase service will not be supplied for motors of an individual rated capacity of less than 7 HP except where the total aggregated horsepower of all the connected three phase motors exceeds 12 HP. Three phase service is required for motors of an individual rated capacity of more than 7 HP. Service Charge: $10.00/month Demand Charge: Jun-Oct $2.25/Kilowatt month Nov-May $2.25/Kilowatt month Energy Charge: June-Oct $0.0775/kWh for the first 200 kWh/kW used $0.0725 for each additional kWh Nov-May $0.0725/kWh for the first 200 kWh/kW used $0.0705 for each additional kWh Minimum Charge: $10.00/month Note: Applicable sales tax will be added to the above.
